Who belongs
to the Cercle?
The Cercle is not defined by a passport. It is defined by connection.
Connection, not nationality
You may recognise
yourself here
- You may have Montenegrin roots.
- You may come from elsewhere and have a family or personal relationship with Montenegro.
- You may be French or from anywhere else in Europe and have discovered Montenegro through travel, work, friendship or culture.
- You may live there or own a home there.
- Your company may already operate in Montenegro.
- You may be considering investing or developing a project.
- You may work in art, culture, media, academia, hospitality, finance or another field that could create a meaningful connection with the country.
- Or perhaps Montenegro is simply somewhere you want to know better.

If Montenegro means something to you —
or could become part of your future —
there is a place for you in the Cercle.
