Cercle des Amis du Monténégro is a nonprofit association registered in France (association loi 1901), based in Paris. The association is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

We collect only the details you give us through the forms on this site: name, email address, city and country, profession or organisation, your stated connection to Montenegro, your areas of interest and any message you choose to write.

To manage membership of the Cercle, to send invitations and news, to organise events and to respond to partnership and press enquiries. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Your details stay within the Cercle. We do not sell or rent personal data. Data may be handled by service providers acting on our behalf, such as an email or events platform, under contract.

We keep your details for as long as you remain part of the Cercle’s community, and for a limited period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them.

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing. Write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

This site uses only what is necessary for it to function. Any analytics or embedded content added later will be listed here with the choices available to you.
